Last chance to register for Walk the Test Way 2025!

There’s still time to be part of one of Hampshire’s best-loved charity events—but you’ll need to act quickly. Registration for Walk the Test Way closes on Tuesday 24th September, just days before the big event on Sunday 28th September.

Organised by the Rotary Club of Romsey Test, the sponsored walk offers five routes along the beautiful Test Way footpath—from a gentle 5 miles to a challenging 25½. Walkers are bused from Romsey to their chosen start point, and the route is fully signposted and marshalled, making it suitable for all ages and abilities.

There are plenty of reasons to take part:

  • Support great causes – Last year’s event raised £85,000 for 86 different charities, with more than £1.2 million raised since 2003.

  • Enjoy the outdoors – From chalk downs to riverside meadows, the Test Way offers some of Hampshire’s most stunning scenery.

  • Be part of the community – Walk with family, friends, schools, or local groups, then celebrate together at the finish in Romsey’s Memorial Park.

  • Something for everyone – With routes of 5, 8, 11, 16 and 25½ miles, you can pick the distance that suits you best.

Every participant receives a medal, and dogs on short leads are welcome too.

Don’t miss out—register now at www.walkthetestway.org.uk before the 24th September deadline.
