You will need to register and pay your registration fees. This can be for one or more walkers. (Some companies may pay registration fees via a voucher code scheme - which can be use at registration checkout.)  

​

Before you register you will need for each walker:

​​

• The link to your XXXXX Fundraising Page.

• Walker: Name, Address, DOB, contact: phone & email.

• Distances

• Emergency contacts – name/phone.

• NB: Under 18 registration should be made by their parent/guardian.

• Team name if creating or joining a team .

• You will need to agree the Rotary Walk Terms and Conditions as well as ACTIVE.com Waiver during registration.

• Have a credit or debit card ready for registration fees.

• Tip: do not use your browser 'back' button while filling in the form.

 

NB: The form has a question 'How are you going to raise sponsorship?'. - please answer 'Participating in a Corporate or Specific Charity Fundraising Scheme' and

then Select 'XXXXXX charity​

NB: As you are registering under the Corporate scheme, your details will be sent to xxxxx Charity Fundraising Team.
