Please be aware that in registering for the walk, all walkers are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

•    Confirming that they wish to take part in "Walk the Test Way" on Sunday 10th October 2010.

•    Committing to remit £5.00 per walker Registration Fee to the "Rotary Club of Romsey Test" at the time of registration.

•    Committing to raise sponsorship* in support of their charity by either:
- Online using Just Giving, specifying the charity "Rotary Club of Romsey Test Trust Fund" and supporting the event "Walk the Test Way.
- Using printed sponsorship sheets and agreeing to collect the sponsorship money and forward it to the Rotary Club within 3 weeks after the walk.
*It is suggested that a minimum of £25 per walker is appropriate  

•    Agreeing that they are participating in the walk of their own free choice and do so entirely at their own risk. They also confirm that the Rotary Club of Romsey Test is not liable in the event of any accident.

•    Understand that the personal data provided will be maintained on a computer system expressly for the efficient administration of “Walk the Test Way”. The data will not be used for any other purpose nor will it be sold or otherwise released to third parties.

Please use the button below to register a single or a group of walkers online with the option to pay the Registration Fee using PayPal or posting a cheque. For a group registration, PayPal facility will take one total Registration Fee payment for all walkers.
