Mountbatten Hampshire aims is to help people with life limiting illnesses to live as well as they possibly can for however long needed.

Mountbatten Hampshire services include a 21-bed inpatient unit in West End where patients come for respite and end of life care, our 24/7 Community Care team who visit patients in their homes, their day centre for outpatients and our bereavement and counselling services.   They are there every step of the way providing passionate care and support with the help of our doctors, specialist nurses and carers.

Mountbatten Hampshire, formerly Countess Mountbatten Hospice, is celebrating this year, 45 years of being in existence.  The Hospice has provided end of life care since it opened in 1977 under the NHS and today it runs as an independent charity, supported by the local communities it serves across Southampton and west Hampshire.  Mountbatten Hampshire need to raise £10 million to ensure they continue to provide and grow their services.  On average they are supporting 1000 patients and their families every day 24/7 365 days a year.

On behalf of Mountbatten Hampshire thank you for your support.
